Jeffrey Soboleski, PA-C, is the primary medical provider at our Rincon office. He earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Drexel University in 2013, then served 10 years as an Army medical officer, attaining the rank of Major, before concluding his service at Fort Stewart. Meet the full medical team.
Dr. Gay is our medical director and is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, and Addiction Medicine. He provides medical direction for the practice and works with our providers on every patient’s care.

Jeffrey Soboleski, PA-C, is the primary provider in Rincon, working under the medical direction of Kyle Gay, MD.
Your first appointment is $100 and your first labs are $140. After that, testosterone treatment is $155 a month, which covers your testosterone, the supplies to give it, unlimited phone consultations, and quarterly follow-up appointments. Quarterly follow-up labs are $70. Full details are on our pricing page.
We don’t accept insurance. We do accept FSA and HSA payments, and we can give you the documentation to submit a claim yourself. Most plans don’t reimburse treatment for low testosterone, so coverage isn’t guaranteed. More on payment.
