Mr. Ward will be your primary medical provider at our Statesboro office. He graduated from Augusta University with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies in 2017. Prior to that, he was an EMT and Paramedic for 14 years. Having 19 years of experience in emergency medicine, Mr. Ward has a dynamic understanding of the consequences of poor health and a sedentary lifestyle.
In college, he was a successful collegiate cyclist and raced on a regional Trek/Volkswagen trade team. Like many of us, 9/11 changed his life. He sold everything he owned, including his bikes, and joined the Army. Mr. Ward served as an Army Ranger on six combat deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq while assigned to the 1st (Best) Ranger Battalion.
Mr. Ward has always been driven to lead a healthy, active life. This drive is what has pushed him to open a Men's Health practice. His desire is to help men live their best lives by optimizing their hormone levels, sex lives, and nutrition. In doing so, he believes he can help his patients avoid some of the medical problems that are tied to a sedentary lifestyle.
Living well starts with motivation and energy, and a man's motivation and energy can be greatly affected if his testosterone is low, he suffers from sexual dysfunction, or has certain nutritional deficits. Let Mr. Ward help you overcome these problems and guide you to a better, more fulfilling life!

Mr. Soboleski will be your primary medical provider at our Rincon office. He earned a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Drexel University in 2013. Following his graduation, Mr. Soboleski served as a medical officer in the Army for 10 years, reaching the rank of Major. His military career presented him with the unique opportunity to work in both clinical and hospital settings as well as austere environments with infantry, cavalry scouts, combat engineers, and artillery units across three continents. Mr. Soboleski was promoted ahead of his peers and awarded for his performance and dedication beyond the call of duty. Mr. Soboleski also volunteered for and graduated from Ranger School, the Army’s premier leadership course. Having achieved the rank of Major, he was responsible for the medical care of over 2,000 soldiers, coordinating and managing the medical care of a brigade of soldiers at his final duty station. Having concluded his military service at Fort Stewart, and although he jokes that he’s “built for the cold, not the heat,” the Soboleski family has made coastal Georgia their home.
Mr. Soboleski finds fulfillment in strenuous physical activities, whether it’s hiking in the mountains, kayaking with alligators, or organizing a “quadathlon” with friends. His wife would likely say he spends his free time starting (but never quite finishing) projects around the house and yard—but the verdict is still out on that.
Mr. Soboleski strives to live a balanced, healthy, energetic, and rewarding life. He has treated patients struggling with erratic sleep cycles, high-stress jobs, homelife challenges, sexual dysfunction, and poor nutrition. He has observed how these factors often compound, leading to hormone imbalances and deteriorating health, creating a seemingly endless cycle. He believes that with a holistic approach, this cycle can be managed and even reversed. Mr. Soboleski is committed to working with you to develop a personalized treatment plan, helping you regain control of your health and your life.

Our medical director, Kyle Gay, MD, is a local Board Certified Internal Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, and Addiction Medicine physician. His moral character, physical prowess, and medical knowledge make him the multitool of medical providers and men in general.
He is the survivor of 5 (seriously, FIVE) venomous snake bites, a plane crash, and a number of other trials that would finish the average man but now merely serve as evidence that nothing can hold a good man back.
On a side note, they were sadly unable to save the snakes after getting a mouthful of pure man. Similarly, the aircraft was not salvageable even though he carried it on his back to the best airplane mechanic in Georgia.
On a more serious note, our Supervising Physician provides medical direction, supervision, and consultation for GreaT Men's Health and is available to Mr. Ward and Mr. Soboleski, as needed. Your day-to-day providers will be Mr. Ward and Mr. Soboleski.
