Initial Lab Fee, $140.
Your initial comprehensive lab panel will be drawn at the conclusion of your initial appointment. This fee includes drawing your labs, processing them, interpreting them, and the last stage of development of a treatment plan tailored specifically for you.

MONTHLY TESTOSTERONE SUBSCRIPTION:
$150.
The recurring monthly testosterone optimization subscription is $150. This subscription plan includes (1) your testosterone, (2) the supplies you will need to administer it, (3) unlimited phone consultations, and (4) quarterly follow-up appointments. There are no hidden fees. There is no minimum commitment and no penalty should you desire to cancel your subscription.
QUARTERLY FOLLOW UP & LABS:
$70.
Quarterly labs will be drawn, processed, and interpreted to monitor your response to treatment and key lab values. This is normally when we would make any adjustments to dosing and treatment plan if indicated by lab values and symptoms.
Quarterly lab draws can be performed every 6 months once your levels have been optimized and your symptoms and lab values are stable.
Additionally, we offer discounts of 2.5%, 5%, and 10% for prepayment of 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months, respectively.
Treatment is tailored to your needs and can be in the form of a low dose once daily medication or an as needed basis 30 minutes prior to sexual activity for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. as low as $60 per month.
Your initial weight-loss appointment is $100. This fee is waived for existing hormone optimization subscription patients.
Your first 3 months of semaglutide treatment cost $500.
Once you have finished your first 3 months of treatment, pricing ranges from $200-300 per month depending on response and final dosing. Semaglutide dosing is gradually increased every month for the first five months.
